  • Improvement of FAQs and help center content.

Our first brand, HOMERELLA, is a great Amazon success story, two other brands in the kitchen & personal care sector are successfully registered and now we are looking for the right team to write our furture growth story together!

You will take responsibility for a brand with its products and all channels. You develop a detailed understanding of the success factors and how to improve them. You are responsible for maximizing international market success with existing and new products. You will work closely with internal and external interfaces and service providers.

Your role

  • You are responsible for the results of one of our brands and further develop it.
  • You develop strategies (sales increase, cost optimization, marketing, promotions, etc.) for your brand and implement them operationally.
  • You analyze data on product level in different sales channels (Amazon and other marketplaces) to understand and improve sales and cost drivers and thus the economic success of our brands.
  • You create, maintain and optimize product listings (especially on Amazon and other marketplaces) to ensure successful positioning in search results.
  • You build our own sales channels (Shopify online store). You test, evaluate and roll out additional, relevant channels.
  • You actively shape the market launch of new products (coordinating the market launch measures with the relevant departments & service providers, ensuring the process chain, selecting an optimal time for the market launch, etc.).
  • You create and automate regular reporting in coordination with our performance agency and from the databases and tools, analyze the results and derive recommendations for action.
  • You continuously analyze the e-commerce landscape, monitor the latest trends and proactively suggest improvements to manage our business and brands.
  • You collaborate with stakeholders of the company (agencies, service providers, manufacturers).

Your skills

  • You have more than 3 years of experience in product management, brand management of DTC brands, marketing or an analytical function, preferably in a startup or an e-commerce company.
  • Ideally, you even have your own experience in FBA or DTC.
  • Confident handling of Excel. Fluent in German and English.

As a Supply Chain Manager (all genders), you are responsible for ensuring that our products reach our warehouses and our customers with optimal processes in optimal conditions, as sustainably as possible and on time. You work closely with the management, our brand managers, our logistics and fulfillment providers as well as our warehouses. You will continuously look for ways to improve our internal processes as well as those with our partners and contribute your ideas. This position is available on a part-time or full-time basis.

Your role

  • Managing inventory and reorders
  • Sales forecasting and ordering
  • Communicating with suppliers and following up on orders
  • Monitoring the supply chain in close contact with international carriers
  • Management of supplier relationships

Your skills

  • Ideally, a degree in economics, logistics, business administration or similar with initial, relevant work experience in an e-commerce, retail or industrial company (e.g. through an internship) or completed apprentice/ trainee program in supply chain and at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of processes
    Good MS Excel skills, basic knowledge of ERP programs, ideally plentymarkets
  • Digital mindset and experience with SaaS applications in the daily work routine
  • Fluent in English, basic knowledge of German is an advantage
