Starting on June 1st 2021 we are looking for support for or customer service team

Your tasks:

  • Independent answering of customer inquiries by mail.
  • Competent advice and support for customers on the phone.
  • Improvement of the customer contact and experience quality through standardization of answers.
  • Improvement of FAQs and help center content.
  • Improvement of the after sales review and content management.
  • Documentation of quality measures & optimisation issues from customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Support in the exery day business. 

Your skills:

  • Du schreibst und sprichst Deutsch & Englisch fließend – eine weitere Fremdsprache
    wie Italienisch, Französisch oder Spanisch wäre ein Plus.
  • Du hast einen eigenes Notebook
  • Ausgeprägte Kontakt- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung

Starting on May 1st 2021 we are looking for support for our design team.

Your tasks

  • Your create premium packaging designs.
  • You design info graphics and illustrations for our various roducts and channels. 
  • You support the opimization of our websites. 
  • You create engaging & activating social media posts. 
  • You support the creeation of product images & optimise existing image material. 
  • You supervise and optimise our corporate identity/corporate design
  • You support in all other  design matters. 

Your skills

  • You are studying graphic, web or communication design or have already completed an apprenticeship in this field.
  • You have advanced knowledge Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator.
  • You speak – and more importantly understand – German & English on advanced level.
  • You have your own notebook.
